Deep Stretch Restorative Yoga
Deep Stretching is a slow and mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints, through long-held, passive stretches. Unlike dynamic movement or quick flexibility drills, deep stretching invites you to soften into each pose, allowing gravity and breath to do the work. This practice encourages stillness, presence, and profound physical release, making it the perfect reset for your body and mind.

Virtual Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and healing style of yoga that focuses on rest, stillness, and nervous system regulation. It is an invitation to slow all the way down; it’s not about stretching or strengthening, it is about deep rest and re-connection with your authentic self in the comfort and privacy of your home, using household items like pillows, blankets, books to explore this beautiful slow practice.
